Lower Fishguard harbour with it’s beautiful water front colourful houses. These houses line the waterfront, a popular but still calm harbour. Popular spot for sailing, kayaking, stand-up-paddleboarding (SUP) and crabbing from the seawall is great fun for families.

Fishguard is quite a cool place, For two weeks every summer, Fishguard and West Wales International Music Festival brings world-class musicians to venues across the region. There is also the famous Aberjazz Festival taking place in May each year. It’s also well worth a visit to Theatr Gwaun a cinema/theatre in Fishguard, Pembrokeshire. Built in 1885 as a Temperance hall, it was briefly converted for use as a school in January 1895 before being converted into a cinema in the 1920s. It’s now a Theatre, Cinema and Arts Venue with a cafe. What a fantastic place!
