I recently purchased some posters and mugs from Welsh Posters as a Christmas gift. The website was easy to navigate, and the 20% Black Friday discount made the prices more than reasonable. Within 6 hours of making my purchase, I was unfortunately informed that one of my chosen posters was no longer in stock. However, this was the most polite, clear and apologetic communication I have ever received from a company, Rick clearly explained by options regarding a full refund, a close alternative and when the product would come back in stock. By the evening, I received another cheery email from Rick with to say that my gifts had been sent Royal Mail 1st Class signed for. The next day, my posters and mugs arrived and they were of the highest quality, with beautiful designs. They all came very well packaged – both environmentally friendly and offering sound protection! In addition, lovely gift boxes were included to place my mugs in. I cannot recommend Welsh Posters enough, the friendly service and lovely product quality are by far the best I have experienced in a long while.
